1. Service Overview

I-therm.be is an online platform connecting customers with qualified professionals in heating and plumbing services in the Brussels region. Our service facilitates appointment booking, intervention management, and secure payment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using I-therm.be, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform.

3. Registration and User Account

  • You must create an account to use our services
  • Information provided must be accurate and up to date
  • You are responsible for your password confidentiality
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • Accounts are personal and cannot be shared

4. Services Offered

I-therm.be offers the following services:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems
  • Plumbing services: installation, troubleshooting, unblocking
  • Emergency interventions available
  • Professional advice and recommendations

5. Pricing and Payment

  • First hour: €99 incl. VAT
  • Additional hours: €70 incl. VAT
  • Emergency surcharge (less than 24h): €50 incl. VAT
  • Saturday surcharge: €50 incl. VAT
  • Sunday and public holiday surcharge: €100 incl. VAT
  • Payment is made after work completion
  • Invoices are provided instantly
  • Cancellation fee (less than 24h) or customer absence: €60 incl. VAT

6. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be made through the I-therm.be platform
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations (less than 24h) incur a €60 incl. VAT fee
  • Customer must be present at the scheduled appointment
  • In case of absence, a €60 incl. VAT fee will be charged

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking
  • Be present at the scheduled appointment
  • Allow access to relevant installations
  • Inform the technician of any specific issues
  • Make payment after work completion

8. Warranties and Liabilities

  • All our technicians are qualified and insured
  • We guarantee the quality of our interventions
  • Installed parts are covered by manufacturer's warranty
  • Our liability is limited to the intervention amount
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with GDPR.

10. Modification of Terms

I-therm.be reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
